This session dives into the very personal stories of two IT professionals, Mark Copeman and David Weeks, whose lives were transformed by health crises—a fight against leukemia and surviving a heart attack.  These defining moments revealed to them both the importance of prioritising well-being, not just in life but in business too.

They will provide practical tips and stories aimed at creating a healthier relationship with work, as well as a balanced, positive outlook on life.

Mark and David will help to redefine what it means to “succeed” in our fast-paced IT industry.
